นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ getInvoice และ GeStamp Duty

1. บทนำ
getInvoice และ/หรือ GeStamp Duty (“getInvoice”, “GeStamp Duty”, “เรา”, “พวกเรา”) ส่งมอบบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ใช้งาน (“ผู้ใช้งาน”, “คุณ”) และผู้เยี่ยมชม (“ผู้เยี่ยมชม”, “คุณ”) ไปยังเว็บไซต์อินเทอร์เน็ตทั่วโลกของเรา (“เว็บไซต์”) ที่เชื่อมโยงโดยตรงกับความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ นโยบายเกี่ยวกับการปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทางออนไลน์ ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ (“ประกาศ”) อธิบายแนวทางปฏิบัติของเราเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ข้อมูลที่สามารถระบุบุคคลที่มีชีวิต) ที่เรารวบรวมผ่านเว็บไซต์
getInvoice และ/หรือ GeStamp Duty เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Ginkgo Soft Company Limited ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่จัดตั้งขึ้นในประเทศไทย เลขที่ 0105556078229 และที่ตั้งธุรกิจหลักของเราคือ 140/30 ชั้น 2 ซอยรัชดาภิเษก 29 (รัชประชา 4) แขวงจตุจักร เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย เราปฏิบัติตามหลักการของพระราชบัญญัติการค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พ.ศ. 2544 และพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 อย่างเคร่งครัด ประกาศนี้กำหนดวิธีที่เรารวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และสิ่งที่เราดำเนินการกับข้อมูลนั้น
เราขอแนะนำให้คุณอ่านนโยบายนี้ก่อนใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของเรา โดยการใช้เว็บไซต์ คุณต้องยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของประกาศนี้ หากคุณไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของประกาศนี้ โปรดอย่าเข้า หรือใช้เว็บไซต์
2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวม
เราจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างจำกัดและเท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น
- ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ที่อยู่ ลายเซ็น ภาพถ่าย เป็นต้น
- ข้อมูลการติดต่อ เช่น Email เบอร์โทรศัพท์ เป็นต้น
- ข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิค เช่น IP Address, Cookies, Log เป็นต้น
3. แหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- ได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยตรง เช่น การสมัครใช้บริการ การติดต่อประสานงาน การช่วยเหลือสนับสนุน เป็นต้น
- ได้รับจากข้อมูลการจราจรคอมพิวเตอร์ และการ login ใช้บริการ
- ได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลอื่นโดยตรง เช่น การรับข้อมูลจากผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อออกใบกำกับภาษี หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นที่ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกำหนด สำหรับ getInvoice และ/หรือ เพื่อยื่นขอเสียอากรแสตมป์เป็นตัวเงินสำหรับตราสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำหรับ GeStamp Duty เป็นต้น
4. วัตถุประสงค์การประมวลผล
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณด้วยวิธีใดวิธีหนึ่งดังต่อไปนี้
- สมัครใช้บริการสำหรับการจัดทำ ส่งมอบ และเก็บรักษาใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และใบรับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Tax invoice & e-Receipt) ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่จัดทำเป็นแบบ PDF/A-3 สร้าง XML ตรงตามมาตรฐาน ขมธอ.3-2560 สำหรับ getInvoice
- สมัครใช้บริการสำหรับการจัดซื้อ ส่งมอบ และเก็บรักษาอากรแสตมป์ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด สำหรับ GeStamp Duty
- การสื่อสาร เราสนับสนุนให้ผู้เยี่ยมชมติดต่อเรา หากมีคำถามและความคิดเห็น ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอาจถูกใช้เพื่อตอบคำถามและความคิดเห็นของคุณ
- เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เราอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการพัฒนาภายใน เช่น การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่คุณให้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ อาจรวมกับข้อมูลประชากรและข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่ทางเราได้รับทางออนไลน์หรือออฟไลน์
- เราอาจดำเนินการชิงโชค การแข่งขัน การจับฉลากและโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ผ่านบริการของเราที่อาจต้องมีการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ (ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงชื่อ และอีเมล) โดยทั่วไป เราจะขอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบางอย่างจากคุณเมื่อคุณเข้าร่วมและชนะการชิงโชค การแข่งขัน การจับฉลาก หรือโปรโมชันที่คล้ายกัน (หากมี) คุณควรตรวจสอบกฎของการชิงโชค การประกวด การจับฉลาก และโปรโมชั่นแต่ละครั้งอย่างละเอียดถี่ถ้วนที่คุณเข้าร่วมผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา เนื่องจากอาจมีข้อมูลสำคัญเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ซึ่งเราจะมีการขอความยินยอมจากคุณอย่างชัดแจ้ง
- เพื่อแจ้งข่าวสารความรู้ บทความ ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการและโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ ของเรา รวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆของ บริษัทกิงโกะ ซอฟต์ จำกัด ซึ่งคุณสามารถเลือกไม่รับข้อความเหล่านี้จากเราได้ตลอดเวลา (ดู “ช่องทางการติดต่อ” ด้านล่าง)
- เพื่อการสื่อสารที่สำคัญ ในบางครั้ง เราอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณเพื่อส่งอีเมลถึงข้อมูลสำคัญเกี่ยวกับเว็บไซต์ หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข ประกาศเกี่ยวกับบริการและนโยบายของเรา (“อีเมลสำคัญ”) เช่น Release Note , Privacy Policy เป็นต้น เนื่องจากข้อมูลนี้อาจมีความสำคัญต่อการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของคุณ คุณจึงไม่สามารถเลือกไม่รับอีเมลเหล่านี้ได้

- หมายเหตุพิเศษสำหรับผู้ปกครอง เราให้ความสำคัญกับการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ที่เป็นเยาวชนอย่างจริงจัง เว็บไซต์ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เยาวชน (อายุไม่ถึง 18 ปี) ซึ่งต้องไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลผ่านเว็บไซต์
- ความปลอดภัย เรามีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูล และ เราให้ความสำคัญ และปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัดภายในพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 ทั้งนี้ แม้ว่าเราจะพยายามปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณในฝั่งของเรา แต่การคุกคามทางไซเบอร์อาจบุกรุกเบราว์เซอร์ หรืออุปกรณ์สื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของคุณ ซึ่งในกรณีนี้ ทางเราไม่สามารถดูแลความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลใด ๆ ได้ ทั้งนี้ หากคุณมีเหตุผลที่เชื่อได้ว่าการสื่อสารของคุณกับเรานั้นไม่ปลอดภัยอีกต่อไป (เช่น หากคุณรู้สึกว่าความปลอดภัยของบัญชีใดๆ ที่คุณอาจถูกบุกรุก) คุณต้องแจ้งปัญหาให้เราทราบทันทีโดยติดต่อเรา ตาม “ช่องทางการติดต่อ” ด้านล่าง ซึ่งทางเราจะดำเนินการตอบสนองให้เร็วที่สุด
- การมอบหมาย เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลใด ๆ และทั้งหมดที่เรารวบรวมจากผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ไปยังบุคคลที่สาม ในกรณีที่มีการควบรวมกิจการ การขาย การร่วมทุน การมอบหมาย การโอน หรือการจำหน่ายอื่น ๆ ของสินทรัพย์ของ getInvoice ทั้งหมด หรือบางส่วน หรือหุ้นส่วน (รวมถึง กรณีเกี่ยวกับการล้มละลายหรือการดำเนินการที่คล้ายคลึงกัน) ทั้งนี้ คุณสามารถใช้สิทธิ์เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามหัวข้อ “สิทธิเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” ตามด้านล่าง
- กิงโกะมีนโยบายไม่ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจริงในการทดสอบ กิงโกะจะใช้ข้อมูลสมมติ ที่ไม่ใช่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจริง (Dummy Data) ในการทดสอบ หรือออกแบบ กิงโกะจะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจริงในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการ (ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล) ไม่สามารถจัดทำข้อมูลสมมติได้ และเป็นความประสงค์ของผู้ใช้บริการที่ให้ใช้ข้อมูลจริง
5. ฐานการประมวลผล
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราได้ประมวลผล (ประกอบด้วยการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผย) เป็นไปตามฐานประมวลผลต่อไปนี้
- เป็นการจำเป็นเพื่อการปฏิบัติตามสัญญา
- เป็นการจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
- เพื่อเป็นการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
- เพื่อการจัดทำเอกสารประวัติศาสตร์ จดหมายเหตุหรือการศึกษาวิจัย
- เพื่อเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ซึ่งเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ความยินยอม
6. การเปิดเผยส่วนบุคคล
- ผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สาม เราทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลภายนอกที่ให้บริการ รวมถึงการโฮสต์เว็บไซต์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และบริการด้านการบริหารอื่นๆ เราอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณกับบุคคลที่สามดังกล่าว เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการทำให้บุคคลที่สามดังกล่าว สามารถให้บริการดังกล่าวได้
- เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ หากเราเชื่อว่าเราจำเป็นต้องทำเช่นนั้น: (i) ตามกฎหมาย (เช่น กรมสรรพพากร) ; (ii) เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมายหรือคำขอของรัฐบาล (iii) เพื่อบังคับใช้ข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของเรา; (iv) เพื่อปกป้องการดำเนินงานของเรา; (v) เพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ ความเป็นส่วนตัว ความปลอดภัย หรือทรัพย์สินของเรา คุณหรือผู้อื่น และ (vi) อนุญาตให้เราดำเนินการแก้ไขที่มีอยู่หรือจำกัดความเสียหายที่เราอาจได้รับ
7. การโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศ
ในกรณีที่มีการส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณไปยังต่างประเทศ บริษัทจะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณจะได้รับการคุ้มครอง และคุณสามารถใช้สิทธิที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณได้ตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงบริษัทจะกำหนดให้ผู้ที่รับผิดชอบข้อมูล และมีมาตรการปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณอย่างเหมาะสม รวมถึงประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวเท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น และดำเนินการเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้บุคคลอื่นใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยปราศจากอำนาจโดยมิชอบ
8. สิทธิเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- ถอนความยินยอมที่คุณได้ให้ไว้กับบริษัทในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
- ขอดูและคัดลอกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ หรือขอให้เปิดเผยที่มาของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
- ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อยู่ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล กำหนดไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่น
- คัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวกับคุณ
- ลบหรือทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของคุณได้ (anonymization)
- ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
- แก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด
- ร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ในกรณีที่บริษัทหรือผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมทั้งลูกจ้างหรือผู้รับจ้างของบริษัทหรือผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฝ่าฝืน หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
9. มาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย
- มาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย เรามีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการเปิดเผยการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง สูญหาย ของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือโดยไม่มีอำนาจภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 และประกาศคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล นอกจากนี้พนักงานหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องมีหน้าที่ต้องคงไว้ซึ่งความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความเป็นส่วนตัวตลอดกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน และต้องรายงานเหตุละเมิดด้านข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทันทีที่พบเหตุ
- การแจ้งเหตุกรณีพบเหตุละเมิดด้านข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผู้พบเหตุแจ้งรายละเอียดผ่าน แบบการแจ้งเหตุการณ์ละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และส่งมาทาง Email : appsupport@ginkgosoft.co.th
10. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับแสดงในใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และใบรับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Tax invoice & e-Receipt) ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด จะจัดเก็บเป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปีหรือ ตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาของลูกค้า สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ getInvoice
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับจัดซื้อ และแสดงในเอกสารธุรกรรมเกี่ยวกับอากรแสตมป์ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะถอนความยินยอม หรือตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาของลูกค้า สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ GeStamp Duty
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับสมัครใช้บริการของ getInvoice จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าลูกค้าจะยกเลิกใช้บริการ หรือตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาของลูกค้า. สำหรับ GeStamp Duty จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าลูกค้าจะถอนความยินยอม หรือตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาของลูกค้า
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์ติดต่อประสานงาน ส่งคำร้องเพื่อขอการสนับสนุนในการใช้บริการของเรา จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลยื่นคำขอให้ลบหรือทำลายให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคล หรือตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาของลูกค้า
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลขอถอนความยินยอมตามสิทธิภายใต้กฎหมาย
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประเภทข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ ได้แก่ IP address และ log จะจัดเก็บ 90 วัน ตามที่ระบุใน พ.ร.บ.ความผิดทางคอมพิวเตอร์
- ข้อมูล Cookies ทางการตลาด จะจัดเก็บเป็นระยะ 2 ปี และข้อมูล Cookies สำหรับบริการ getInvoice จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าคุณจะ logout ออกจากระบบ. สำหรับบริการ GeStamp Duty จะจัดเก็บจนกว่าคุณจะ logout ออกจากระบบ
เราจะทำการลบ หรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างมั่นคงปลอดภัยหรือทำให้เป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้เมื่อหมดความจำเป็นหรือสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว
11. การเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เรากำหนดให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคคลเฉพาะผู้ที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของกิจกรรมการประมวลผลนี้เท่านั้น ที่จะสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณได้ โดยจะดำเนินการให้เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคคลดังกล่าวปฏิบัติตามประกาศนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว
เราจะทำการพิจารณาทบทวนประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวเป็นประจำเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแนวปฏิบัติ และ กฎหมาย ข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบด้วยการปรับปรุงข้อมูลลงในเว็บไซต์ของ getInvoice โดยเร็วที่สุด คุณสามารถตรวจสอบเวอร์ชันประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวครั้งล่าสุดได้จากเวอร์ชันใต้ชื่อเอกสาร นอกจากนี้คุณสามารถอ่านรายละเอียดนโยบายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัท ตามลิงค์ https://ginkgosoft.co.th/privacy-policy/
13. คุกกี้ หรือ เทคโนโลยีที่ใกล้เคียง
ข้อมูลคุกกี้ทางการตลาด สำหรับเว็บไซต์ของเรามีการใช้คุกกี้ คือ ข้อมูลคุกกี้จำเป็น จะช่วยให้เว็บไซต์เข้ารูปแบบการใช้งานของผู้เข้าชมและจะช่วยปรับปรุงประสบการณ์การใช้งานโดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและรายงานผลการใช้งานของผู้ใช้งาน
ข้อมูลคุกกี้จำเป็นสำหรับบริการ getInvoice ชื่อ etax-user จะสนับสนุนให้คุณสามารถเข้าใช้บริการระบบได้ (โดยคุ้กกี้จำเป็นไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล)
14. ขั้นตอนใช้สิทธิลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
- คุณมีสิทธิ์ในความเป็นส่วนตัวของคุณเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่กำหนดตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น สิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอนความยินยอม สิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึง สิทธิ์ในการคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ สิทธิ์ในการลบ เว้นแต่จะมีการจำกัดสิทธิตามกฎหมาย

- Personal data used for procurement purposes and displayed in transaction documents related to stamp duties, as required by law, will be stored until the data subject withdraws their consent or as specified in the customer contract for GeStamp Duty products.
- Personal data used to subscribe to the getInvoice service will be stored until the customer cancels the service or as specified in the customer’s contract. For GeStamp Duty, the personal data will be stored until the personal data controller requests withdraws consent or as the client’s agreement.
- Personal data used for contact acknowledge. A request for support in using the getInvoice service will be stored until the personal data controller requests withdraws consent or follow the client’s agreement.
- Personal data used for marketing : It will be stored until the subject of the personal data requests withdraws their consent under their rights under the law.
- Personal data types of computer traffic data such as IP address and log will be stored for 90 days as specified in the Computer Crime Act.
- Marketing cookies data is stored for 2 years and cookies data for the getInvoice service is stored until you log out of your system. For GeStamp Duty’s service, the data will be stored until you log out of your system.
We will securely delete or destroy your personal data or make it non-identifiable to you when it is no longer necessary or at the end of such a period.
